Why your feedback matters

We welcome any and all feedback about your experience with the StandBy program. When we receive feedback – complaints, compliments or suggestions for improvement – we take it seriously, because we see your feedback as the most important source of information that we can use to help us make decisions about the program according to what matters most to members of the community.

How you can provide feedback and our commitment to you:
To provide feedback you can talk directly with a worker in the StandBy program, through calling StandBy on 1300 727 247, by sending an email to national@standbysupport.com.au or directly via the form below.

We want to reassure you that providing us with feedback will not have any adverse impact on your ability to participate in support through StandBy now, or into the future.

The types of feedback:

Feedback is usually one of four types:

  1. A suggestion for how we can improve what we offer and how we offer it
  2. A concern about something that is worrying you or causing you some doubt
  3. A compliment for when you want to let us know that the support we’ve offered has been helpful for you
  4. A complaint for when the support we’ve offered has not been helpful or has not been what you expected

Giving your name or contact details is optional. Where feedback is provided anonymously, we are limited in our ability to respond to you. Whether offered anonymously or not, please provide as much information as you can. To connect with your local StandBy team please call 1300 727 247 from anywhere in Australia and it will connect you to your closest StandBy site.
